Water Based Emulsion Floor Seal

A superb water based emulsion floor seal which provides a tough and durable base coat over porous floor surfaces. Once applied correctly it allows the second stage application of laying a quality floor polish (SAPPHIRE 20 or SAPPHIRE 25). This is supplied in 5lt containers and is to be used as supplied.
