R.P. Adam Ltd is ready to launch our third generation ultra safe liquid dishwashing dosing system. Available from the 1^st May 2009, the new dosing system unit utilises high specification electronics, within a compact and highly durable unit casing. Colour coding of chemicals and pump facing is a massive benefit to the operator.

The main area of risk when using mainstream automatic dishwashing detergents is that there is a risk of the operator splashing corrosive chemical onto their skin and/or their eyes, when removing the feeder tube from the empty flask. The flask may be empty, but it is certain that there will be hazardous liquid inside the tubing - which presents a serious risk.

Duotek removes this risk by utilising a unique dosing unit cap connector to a feeder tube inserted into the flask at our factory. Once the cap is connected by the operator, the system is ready to dose, with no fear of any chemicals coming into contact with the operator either when loading the chemicals or replacing spent flasks.
